Good ideas. Here are more: Sit down as much as you can. Stagger big jobs, don't do more than one a day. Get help from your husband, teens/pre-teens, or pay someone. Cook only what you need, and make fewer dishes.

New Mom's and Moms- to-be:Drink lots. Eat every few hours ( just little bits) and Rest. Sell half your house- if you must... Do NOT become a shmata! Just don't overdo it!See More

The Longest Occupation -Ever!
Hey all, I know my occupation line is too long, but what can a woman say in two words other than "Super Woman"? I am not so arrogant to make claims to super human abilities, only that I support many people in different ways and I absolutely LOVE my work!
What I do specifically is help people in transition to cope and manage the challenges that are inherent in change. Women who are supported are happier, healthier and function better in their lives- creating families that are strong and united.
