The Downing Harlem Agency has money for reimbursements for children with disability that live in Manhattan. This Money is for the JCC classes, soccer classes, swimming lessons, karate classes, etc or any activities after school.....One can request up to $500.00 they will not ask questions only need to provide the psychologist report of the child and SS# and copy of the expenses. This is provided by the NYC OPWDD.
