We need to develop Habits of Health, and create better eating habits within our homes.. Eating 6 x day, smaller meals is stimulates your metabolism and helps you burn fat much more than just 3x day.

Where are you located?
I made up that a few times a week, I walk around the Lake with different women.. but I do go to the gym otherwise..
I also found a great weight loss program where you dont have to work out so much to lose..& sooo many pp in our communityu have been doing it & losing lbs.....
OMG I would love some help !!!
I'm a stay at home and there is just so many things to do here that I can sometime stay at home for 2 days in a row and I miss gym but I'm not motivated to go by myself, it's just so cold outside !!!
