im so curious, in america over the last few years, Aiden has been one of the most used names (if this is a result of sex in the city, i dont know :) I'm wondering if this has anything to do with/ if it's root is from "Gan Aidan", which is pronounced the same, and is the jewish term for garden of eden, what non jews would call Heaven.

do you all know any jews who use this name? if you look this name up in a baby name book, does it site hebrew as it's source?

Never heard of this name, but I know that recently in France and Israel the 2 most common names are Noa for a girl and Noam for a boy
