These are a really popular side dish for any meal.
What you need:
Medium or large sweet potatoes
What you do:
Soak & scrub potatoes
Don’t peel them. The vitamins are in the skin!
Slice them into French Fries Shape
Cover baking sheet with parchment paper
Place them on baking sheet
Drizzle olive oil (at your discretion)
Douce with spices
I’m partial to thyme, but anything will do:
Oregano, Herbs d’Provence…
You may prefer just to add a little salt & or garlic powder.
Grill or bake in 400 degree oven for 40 min or so
